This cool, urban home is tucked away on a low traffic, rustic (kind of paved, kind of gravelly) street just off of Portland Avenue. Such easy access to everything Bend has to offer! Well behaved pets are welcome at this home with a pet fee.
Off street parking for 2 vehicles is provided. Store your gear in the locked shed. You will find 4 cruiser bikes and river floaties here for your use as well!

This home is nestled into a lovely, peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood and is not appropriate for loud and late parties. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Between 10pm-8am, especially when outside enjoying the decks, please keep noise levels very low and be considerate to our neighbors. Only thing we wish we'd had? A baby gate but chairs worked to baracade the stairs. Overall? We were glad we stayed there versus Sunriver. Perfect for us and our family.
Very clean. Very comfortable. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown, walked to the downtown area and to the breweries, even Crux. Loved the setup of the unit, with bedrooms upstairs and 1/2 bath down, very nice private patio area. Extremely comfortable beds.
Its well maintained and has lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Great location with a really relaxing hot tub. Very responsive management team as well. Hope to visit again soon.
